Lady Gray Cosmetics was founded in 2022 with one goal in mind to people look and feel amazing.
The Gray Girls launched their Glam Squad in 2020 offering amazing natural makeup, simple clean nails, perfectly styled hair and beautiful bridal packages. Lady Gray has evolved and grown into a celebrity favourite, featuring in Harrods Campaigns, Vogue Business, Glitterbels and more!
Rachel
Rachel is the mum of the remaining 3 members of the Glam Squad, Megan, Lydia & Lily-Mae. Super-charged by 20+ years of experience in the beauty world, Rachel is an award winning makeup artist meaning she is in high demand in the wedding industry, known for her calm collected approach and flawless makeup.
Rachel has starred in a Harrods Beauty campaign alongside daughter Megan and has created beauty content for many beauty giants. She has glammed up the stars on e-commerce shoots. Rachel has a passion for skincare and the science behind it making her an expert in glowing skin.

Megan
Celebrity favourite makeup artist who loves to make your glow on the inside match the glow on the outside. Megan’s artistry has strutted down the runway at London Fashion Week, featured in Harrods, shown on billboards in London's biggest shopping centre and has graced articles of Vogue.
Previously, Megan has modelled for brands such as L’Oréal Professional, Harrods and Saks UK giving her a keen eye for that model inspired look.
Megan's relaxing and comforting approach will leave you feeling confident with any service she provides.
Lydia
A well known celebrity hair stylist for her signature Curly Blow.
Trained by the leading colour experts, Lydia is a L’Oréal colour specialist and is advanced in colour with her perfected signature techniques. Lydia offers bespoke services tailored to each client to give them their dream hair.
Lydia offers hair styling for events, weddings and shoots with her signature look being a classic Hollywood Wave.

Lily-Mae
Perfectionist hair stylist and hair apprentice Lily-Mae is the youngest sister in the Glam Squad who is experienced on beauty shoots. Lily-Mae’s passion for styling shows in her seamless shiny finish of every hair she touches. Currently training in cutting and colour with no doubt in becoming one of the industry’s best hair stylists. She’s one to watch!
